Lead With The Left
The top of the backswing is commonly and incorrectly associated with a pulling and stretching feeling of the upper body. If I were to ask you to swing to the top of the backswing and stop, some of you would feel some major tension, maybe even to the point of holding your breath.
HINGING ON IT
Adding hinge at the top of your stroke will speed up the hands to help hit the ball higher. Lessening the hinge of the wrists will slow the hands, helping you hit the ball on a lower trajectory
